Sarah K. Weber, PsyD, LP, LPC

Founder, Whole Wellness Organization

Dr. Sarah Weber is a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor, graduate educator, clinical supervisor, and founder of Whole Wellness Organization. Through Whole Wellness, she provides clinical supervision, professional consultation, and psychological education grounded in ethical practice, clinical depth, and an integrated understanding of human well-being.

Dr. Weber earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling from Siena Heights University and her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. She teaches graduate psychology students at the master’s and doctoral levels, helping emerging professionals connect psychological theory, scientific evidence, ethical decision-making, assessment, and the realities of clinical practice.

Her professional and scholarly interests include psychological and neuropsychological assessment, attention and executive functioning, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma-informed care, chronic pain, rehabilitation psychology, integrated healthcare, grief and loss, and the relationship between physical and psychological health. Her assessment perspective emphasizes understanding the whole person rather than reducing an individual to test scores or a diagnostic label.

Dr. Weber’s professional background spans domestic-violence advocacy, child-abuse prevention, community mental health, private practice, neuropsychology, psychological assessment, integrated primary care, rehabilitation, Veterans’ healthcare, and graduate education. During her doctoral internship with the Department of Veterans Affairs, she became certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Guided Imagery. She also has experience facilitating grief-support and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain groups.

As a supervisor and educator, Dr. Weber emphasizes the development of sound clinical judgment rather than the mechanical application of techniques. Her approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in ethical practice, evidence-based care, cultural responsiveness, and respect for the complexity of both clients and clinicians. She is particularly interested in helping developing professionals strengthen their professional identities, navigate uncertainty, conceptualize complex cases, integrate assessment and intervention, and build approaches to practice that are both effective and sustainable.

Dr. Weber has served individuals and families in Michigan in the Jackson community since 2001 and brings more than twenty-five years of experience across advocacy, counseling, psychological assessment, healthcare, Veterans’ services, and professional education.

She founded Whole Wellness Organization to create a professional home for supervision, consultation, education, and future clinical services that recognize both clients and clinicians as whole people whose emotional, physical, relational, professional, and environmental experiences are deeply interconnected.
